This is just something a came up with on a hike today . . . because I'm realllllllly awesome . . .
I of making a new rank that allows the people who are that rank to only edit/create skins. We could make everyone a skinner (That's just what I'm calling it. Tell me if you come up with a better name) or we could just make a few people skinners. I think we should make everyone a skinner who wants to be and then have a contest.

Uuuhhh...Ok how about everyone will be able to make skins BUT, they have to asked an admin before they make it... errr somthing like that, cuz than everyone will be making random skins that only they would use. sooo yeah. oh and other people would have to agree on the skin......mkay...that is all...Yeah

I like the idea of a contest better. That way we could make anyone interested a skinner and then have them all make/enter a skin and we could pick a couple people.

Heh heh maybe we could call them skinsmen. It's like kinsmen only cooler than skinner. Or just skin maker. Or masters of forum art (mofa)
Anyway, a skin contest would be awesome and I think that everyone who wants to should be able to make at least one skin that they can edit when the want to.

the skin is the stuff around the thread. if you go to modify profile you can change it to blue or red. soooo they're talking about making people in charge of making new skins. so yeah =]
